Nichole Fritts is a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides a grounded, affirming space for healing and self-discovery. She specializes in working with grief, panic and anxiety, and life transitions, with a particular focus on supporting clients within the LGBTQIA+ community, those exploring kink and BDSM, and individuals or partners in polyamorous or ethically non-monogamous (ENM) relationships.

Kathleen focuses her work on healing attachment wounds to help clients strengthen their connection to self, deepen their relationships with others, and reconnect with their own inner wisdom. She specializes in gender identity, sexuality, and relationship dynamics, offering an affirming, nonjudgmental space for exploration and growth.

Her approach is trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ inclusive, and grounded in compassion. Drawing on mindfulness practices and polyvagal theory, Kathleen helps clients develop greater nervous system awareness and emotional regulation, supporting a deeper sense of safety and presence in their bodies and relationships.
